Carrots, Cacti and Colors

This week, I visited the Nashville Farmers’ Market for the first time ever. (The Dallas Farmers’ Market is one of my absolute favorite places back home, so it’s a little bit of a shock that it took me this long to visit the Nashville market.) The short trot to Germantown gave me a much-needed break from the office in the midst of a very busy week.

Although we’re still in the doldrums of winter, visiting the market was a nice reminder of the things to come. March is almost here and the buds of spring will surely surface soon. The colorful fruits, vegetables and plants inspired me to brighten up my wardrobe for this upcoming week.
